Gaby Albrecht (born November 1, 1956 in Magdeburg , born Müller) is a German singer of popular music . She has been married to her manager Ernst Albrecht since 1986 and has a son.
Gaby Müller grew up in Magdeburg. As an eight-year-old, she sang in the choir and played with the children's cabaret. After her school education, she studied singing and singing pedagogy in Weimar . Afterwards she was a soloist in the dance and entertainment orchestra Magdeburg. From 1988 onwards, she sang with Ellen Sander at the Pößnecker Musikanten and was shown for the first time in the autumn of this year on TV.
In 1989, she performed at the Herbert-Roth- Festival in Suhl and inspired the audience with their characteristic deep voice. In the following year, she won the 9th place with the title " Zauberberg" at the international Grand Prix of the Volksmusik 1993.
