Ralf Paulsen (born April 3, 1929 in Berlin, Germany , February 26, 2015 ) was a German singer of the Schlager and Country Music scene.

Life
Ralf Paulsen was one of the main representatives of the Wild West wave in the 1960s in the Federal Republic of Germany. Already in 1959 he had his first success as a singer of the percussion tears in your eyes.

His biggest success was in 1963 with the German version of the Titelliedes of the American television series Bonanza . He then recorded numerous Western songs and hits, but these were partly also recorded by other performers and did not bring him the desired success.

These include titles such as The Old House of Rocky Docky , There is a horse halter on the wall , Ghost Rider , Oh my darling Caroline , Mr. Ed and Tom Dooley . In addition, he also recorded some hits, such as tears in your eyes , Little Annabell and Tall Pines.  Ralf Paulsen was very often with his colleague Tex Haper in music.

In the 1990s, Paulsen also recorded country singles, and occasionally appeared on television.
