Sending the Audya Back

After being unable to recognize the Audya by any computer, I was therefore unable to do the OS upgrades and soon thereafter the keyboard started freaking out and not functioning at all for short periods of time. It's going back to Musiciansbuy.com and if I get another one I will insist that it comes with the Audya already upgraded to OS 2.0C. Buyer beware!
