Fantasy is a German Schlager - Duo from North Rhine - Westphalia .
In the 1990s, the trained construction mechanic Martin Hein decided to become a Schlagersänger. For five years he appeared alone under the name Martin Marcell and worked as a waiter. Then, in 1993, he became acquainted with Fredi Malinowski alias Freddy March , who worked with the same management and the same producers on his solo project.
In performances, for which they had both been engaged as soloists, they sang songs together again and again and were frequently booked together. In the summer of 1997, they appeared together at an artists' gala and, as a hit duo under the name of Fantasy, published their debut single heart later . Two years later, the duo released his seventh studio album "Freudensprünge" . For the first time, they worked together with Dieter Bohlen as a producer. Also with this album the two reached one place in Germany and Austria . In Switzerland pleasures were ranked 3rd in the best place.
The manager of the duo is currently Andreas Ferber, Andrea Berg's stepdaughter, who also manages the hit singer Vanessa Mai . Long-term producer of the two was Michael Dorth . Martin Marcell and Freddy März write their songs for the most part. With more than 200 appearances per year, Fantasy is one of the most popular bookmakers. [8th]

On 7 April 2017 the new album "Bonnie & Clyde" will be released. Freddy and Martin are celebrating their 20th anniversary jubilee in 2017
