yes i lay 4 days on my bed and now it becomes better and better

I remember when i have a hernia  that was a long time ago,  i also have so much pain and that time i get rest in the hospital 10 days in bed, no any movment on that time it works
I also did it this time  and it is now much better with me it is not cone but i am happy when i can sit for a longer time

And wow i can do a little work on my music, so as i say it is not cone but i am happy with every improvment

Every step is a step in the right direcction

But i think to recover complete that will take a longer time but i do my best for it i have mis my music to much

This is the first song that i can make but there will be folow more and more when i can i will write music
