Eros Ramazzotti, born Eros Luciano Walter Ramazzotti (Rome, 28 October 1963), it is an Italian singer-songwriter.

It is one of the most successful singers in the panorama of Italian music and Latin pop internationally since the eighties. [2] Since 1984 has sold over 60 million records and is among Italians artists who have sold the most records.  Ramazzotti also boasts important artistic collaborations with singers of international stature such as Tina Turner, Cher, Anastacia, Ricky Martin, Joe Cocker, Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti won also many prizes and awards (such as the Echo Music Award 1999 and NIAF Award 2008) obtained for promoting the image of Italian music abroad.

The third album, At times, comes out October 28, 1987, the day of his twenty-fourth birthday, and is attended by Patsy Kensit in the song The good light of the stars - the launch of many international collaborations in the career of the singer - and is its first work to enter into the highest positions of the European charts. To promote it, Ramazzotti began a nine-month tour, which records excellent public results. The number of copies sold is significant: more than 3 million.

In April 1990, he comes in every sense  , which is presented in Venice in an official press conference  , itemizing accredited 200 international journalists  ; the album is in fact published in 15 countries  . The new work contains some of the most famous songs from his repertoire, and during the promotional tour for the first time after two years away from the stage, on the advice of the famous record US Clive Davis,  gives a concert in the United States, at Radio City Music Hall in New York (July 19, 1991  ), that will be a "sold out."

On 28 October he released his first double live album, Eros in concert; the following December 4, Channel 5 broadcasts exclusively for Italy, and slightly delayed on live around the world, the performance of Barcelona leg of the mini-promotional tour of the live album [10]. The most significant parts of this concert, the proceeds of which will be donated to charity by Ramazzotti, divided in half between the associations for the fight against Italian and Spanish cancer  , it will then be re-proposed in a VHS published in 1992 under the title Eros Ramazzotti - around the world, along with new images shot in New York.

The May 12, 1992 with Gianni Morandi flies to Los Angeles to present to Michael Jackson their beneficial effort for children thanks to the National Singers with the football game then held June 3 of that year. The three appear on the cover of 22 TV Sorrisi e Canzoni  released in late May. That same year, Eros duet with Biagio Antonacci album Liberatemi and participates in Argentina to musical event Toma The moon.

Un'emozione per sempre is a song sung by Eros Ramazzotti and written with Adelio Cogliati, Claudio Guidetti and Maurizio Fabrizio. Initially the song was written by Alex Baroni, but later it was decided to insert it in the ninth Ramazzotti released in 2003 album 9. The song was in the Festivalbar in 2003, becoming a summer hit of that year.

The song is the story of a love affair, but unforgettable. Inevitably the lyrics of this song, as well as others in the album, bring to mind the personal lives of the singer grappling with the divorce from his wife Michelle Hunziker. Ironically the final Festivalbar singer is announced on stage right from Hunziker.

The single has achieved tremendous success in Italy. Put on the market on May 12 of 2003, the album debuted in the ranking of best-selling singles 15, to first place, where you will stay for six consecutive weeks. In addition, the disc remains in the ranking in the top 20 for over 20 weeks, effectively making them one of the biggest hits of the singer in Rome.

Terra Promessa is a piece of music played by Eros Ramazzotti, written by the singer with Renato Brioschi (former member of The Prophets) and Alberto Salerno (known author of songs for various artists).

Having participated in the Castrocaro Festival in 1981 with the song Rock 80, Ramazzotti debuts February 3, 1984 at the Sanremo Festival with the promised land, winning the 1st place in the "Youth" category.
