Styles for Pa2x: Musette styles

This I have converted from PA3x.
It is probably necessary to make some tweaking and revoicing.

This 5 styles is particularly desired by pp3f.

Moreover, it is okay to get feedback on whether the conversion is good or bad;
because I did not have the opportunity to check the results.

1:  French Musette 1
2:  French Musette
3:  Musette 1
4:  Musette 2
5:  MusetteWltz
