The Daniel Sentacruz Ensemble were a vocal and instrumental group founded in 1974.

The group formed at the initiative of three former members of the Bison Group, Ciro Dammicco, Gianni Minutes Muffolini and Gianni Calabria, who join the former lead singer of Flora Fauna Cement Mara Cubeddu, the singer Rossana Barbers Modena (also known under the pseudonym Linda Lee), Angelo Santori, former member of the Rangers, his brother Bruno Santori, former member of the Raminghetti and some components of the complex the Green Zone.

The first success is the debut single, Soleado (a song recorded by Dammicco as soloist, The blue roses, in which the words), with the participation Festivalbar 1974 followed by A sospero, that becomes the soundtrack have been removed the famous advertising Bocchino grappa (played by Mike Bongiorno, with the slogan "higher and higher ...").

In 1976 the group participated in the twenty-sixth of Sanremo Festival with Linda Linda beautiful song, which is ranked eighth.

Guests participating in the 1977 Sanremo Festival with Allah! Allah !, while back in the race at the Sanremo Festival in 1978 with ½ night.

Participate in Festivalbar 1977 Bella mia.

After several lineup changes, in 1979 they shorten the name to Sentacruz until disbanding in 1982.

The group is reformed as a trio in the second half of the two thousand and thus participates to some prominent television shows, such as The Best Years. It is currently on tour.
