Sweetbox is a Los Angeles based pop music project formed in Germany in 1995 by executive producer Heiko Schmidt and music producer Roberto "Geo" Rosan. Throughout the years Sweetbox has had several lead singers including Kimberly Kearney, Dacia Bridges, Tina Harris, Jade Villalon, Jamie Pineda and most recently and currently, Miho Fukuhara and LogiQ Pryce.

Although the project released four singles in the mid 1990s, with initial singers Kimberley Kearney and Dacia Bridges, worldwide success came with third vocalist, Tina Harris. Everything's Gonna Be Alright was released in 1997, which topped charts around the world and started a musical theme, sampling classical music, which the project would later become known for.

Tina Harris left after two years, with Jade Villalon replacing her as the fourth vocalist with five original albums, all reaching Gold or Platinum in Korea. Villalon, along with "Geo" left the project after seven years to go on and do other projects.

Vocalist Jamie Pineda took the role as new vocalist shortly after in late 2007 and then releasing her first studio album The Next Generation in 2009, which was produced by Derek Bramble. Pineda released one more album, Diamond Veil in 2011 and it was released in Japan and Korea, as the 8th studio album from Sweetbox.

In 2013, Japanese singer Miho Fukuhara became the new frontwoman and for the first time in the project's history, male vocalist/rapper LogiQ Pryce would co-front the project with her. The studio album, titled #Zeitgeist21 was released on July 3, 2013.

"Everything's Gonna Be Alright" is a song by German group Sweetbox. It was released in September 1997 as the second single from the album Sweetbox, the only album that had Tina Harris as the group's frontwoman. The song is based on Air on the G string from Suite No. 3 by Johann Sebastian Bach.

"Everything's Gonna Be Alright" is the most successful song of Sweetbox worldwide. It reached top 10 on the Austrian, Belgian, British, Colombian, Finnish, French, Irish, Israeli, Italian, Lebanese, Norwegian, Spanish, Swedish and Swiss charts; reached top 20 in Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands and No. 46 in the US.

In 1998, the song was used in a popular Ôui Lancôme perfume commercial starring Belgian actress and model Marie Gillain. Lancôme later endorsed Sweetbox during their North American tour.

In 2005, Jade Villalon, then frontwoman of Sweetbox covered the song; one of her versions, titled "Everything's Gonna Be Alright -Reborn-" was released to promote the compilation album Best of Sweetbox. The song features the singer Toby Breitenbach.

In 2007, former Sweetbox frontwoman Tina Harris released a new re-recorded version of the song on her album Sunshine, which was only released digitally and was a worldwide re-release of her Japan-only 2003 album Love Makes The World Go Round with the title track and the new version of the Sweetbox hit as new tracks.

In 2009, the new frontwoman Jamie Pineda recorded a version of the song to put on her first Sweetbox album, entitled The Next Generation. This version includes new verses and male vocalist/producer Derek Bramble on the track. Yasutaka Nakata remixed the song as a bonus track for the album.

In 2011, the song was included in the soundtrack of the Japanese movie Paradise kiss. In particular, it was used in the scene of Yukari's parade.
