Heinz Gietz (born March 31, 1924 in Frankfurt am Main ; † December 24, 1989 in Cologne ) was a German composer , music producer , arranger and songwriter .

Together with Kurt Feltz , Gietz formed one of the most successful teams of authors of the German post-war hit in Cologne. He received 30 gold records and wrote over 40 film scores.
